FAQs
Who can access these services?
I welcome you to reach out, regardless of your culture, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. Phone or video sessions are available, but I cannot provide counselling services to US clients. Online trainings and workshops are available worldwide.
I sent a request for a consultation. Why haven’t I gotten a response?
You should receive a reply within 2 working days. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a reply within this time frame. If this doesn’t work, please send an email directly to cardamom.counselling@gmail.com. Thank you!
What do your university / corporate partnerships entail?
We have conducted a number of psychoeducation groups and wellbeing workshops for universities and corporate spaces, and all of these can be tailored to your organisation’s needs. Past topics include:
The Science of Self Compassion
Culturally Competent Leadership
Preventing Burnout
Understanding Motivation
Do you have any discounts?
Yes! If pricing is your main barrier, please message me and we will discuss alternatives and referrals. There is an automatic 20% discount for students. We also have a trainee programme with a lower cost option. Payments can be made by credit card (through the Payments tab above) or bank transfer.
What happens at the workshops?
Some of these are creative (Madhubani folk art, candle making, writing workshops), others are discussion based (talking about issues specific to our community, such as Asian parenting dynamics), and some are educational (guest speakers who are experts in their field). All of them involve meaningful conversations and a chance to make new connections!
