Ragini Jha
I’m a qualified counsellor (BACP) and have worked in a variety of clinical and educational spaces around the world. My background includes psychological research at Harvard University and the London School of Economics. Since then, I’ve trained in cultural-relational, person centred, and cognitive behavioural therapy.
Using my background in mental health counselling, behavioural science research, and community engagement, I curate workshops based on the needs and interests of South Asian adults.
In the past, we've hosted art workshops, talks on race in mental health, emotional regulation groups, and discussions on issues specific to the South Asian community.
I want us to collaborate, and your plan will be tailored to your specific needs. Please book a free consultation or send me an email. Even if you are not ready to commit, I'm here to answer questions, especially if you are new to counselling and aren't sure what to expect.
